Spiritual Practices

I've recorded three meditations. The first, Metta bhavana, or loving-kindness, is a Buddhist practice for cultivating loving-kindness for ourselves and for others. The second is the Phowa Meditation. All are invited to use this practice, regardless of religious affiliation. I have adapted the basic template and added phrases that were personally meaningful to me. The third meditation is an encore presentation of my podcast episode 127.
